Will Del Mundo's movie contribute in the campaign of eradicating graft and corruption, not only in the Government but in the Filipino society as whole? Everybody hopes, it will.

After his successful movie, Taksikab, director, writer and producer Archie del Mundo is now preparing for his second film which he says will tackle of one of the Filipino society’s old wounds—the culture of corruption in the bureacracy. Inspired by real events, del Mundo said that he presses for Marife Necessito for the lead role for his second movie.

Marife, who played the role of a whore in del Mundo’s Taksikab, is one of the finest indie film and theater actresses in the country as she was lucky to join Gael Garcia Marquez’s international film Mammoth. Veteran film, television and theater actress, Angie Ferro, will also take part of this movie. Ferro took part at the successful television series Amaya, in GMA-7, playing as the chief priestess, Huray Ilway. Will this be as welcome as his first movie? Del Mundo is confident that it will be as successful of his Taksikab. “There are many sociopolitical references that audience will be able to relate to. I tried to balance everything. It's both highly political and entertaining at the same time.

Nothing in this film will not be acceptable for our Filipino audience since this faithfully dramatizes Filipino realities and experiences,” he said in an email interview. While this is the case, will this movie can be a tool for reducing graft and corruption, not only in the bureaucracy, but in Filipino society as a whole? Let’s just watch and see.
